Vietnam floods kill 30, Hanoi still under water

Northern floods wreak havoc
Hanoi rainfall reached 433.3 millimeters on Friday, the highest point since 1960.
Floods destroyed around 45,000 hectares of Hanoi’s winter crops worth VND450 billion ($27 million) while 9,000 hectares of fishing farms worth VND810 billion ($48 million) were also laid waste, according to the city People’s Committee.
Around Hanoi, some 10,000 residents’ houses were flooded and traffic chaos has ensued...
